Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept both returns and exchanges within our specified timeframe.

Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned wtihin the given window
  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour. Exchange requirements:

  • Items must meet all return requirements listed above
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange per item is permitted

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate your return or exchange
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Ship the item back to us to the address that we provide.
  • Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 2-3 business days.
